Ab Circle Pro Exercises For Abs, Thighs, and Buns
When most people think about the Ab Circle Pro they think about stomach exercises (and maybe a little bit about how great Jennifer Nicole Lee looks on the infomercial). While it's true that the Ab Circle is primarily an abdominal workout machine, it can also be used for other purposes. This is something you should be aware of before you make your final decision about it.
So, what are the Ab Circle Pro exercises that you can do to help shape and tone your body to how you want it to be?
Abs exercises
Naturally, the first thing you can do with the Ab Circle is to work your abdominal muscles. You do this exercise in the following fashion: you get on the machine, with your knees on the special pads and both hands grasping the handle bars.
You need to make sure your back is as straight as possible at all times. Use your stomach to keep yourself in the proper position. Then, rotate your lower body from side to side in a circular motion. Make sure to not exert too much pressure on your arms. Your abs need to be working, not your arms.
I recommend rotating slowly to avoid building momentum of movement which can literally change your workout as momentum really does the work for you, giving you the illusion of a workout.
Stop the exercise if you're feeling any back ache or too much strain on your knees.
Thighs and buns
You can also use the Ab Circle Pro to exercise your thighs and buns. You assume the same position on the machine, keeping your back straight at all times.
You can now work your inner thighs and buns by moving both knees forward, each to its own side on the circular groove.
These are the two kinds of Ab Circle Pro exercises you can do to make sure you're working your abs and your lower body as well.
