Eating Healthy and Regular Exercises Work
While living in the US, I have realized how important it is for me to manage food consumption. I started having a weight problem and I was determined to find a solution to this issue which started to cause many major ailments in my life. After many anecdotal experiments, eating healthy and regular exercises work. I am more than happy to share my techniques with you.
What not to do
Before I came to the right ways of losing the extra weight, I had wasted so much time at the stores, buying proteins and all sorts of other nutrients I was told were designed to help me lose weight. I have also tried all sorts of diet pills and was drinking lots of athlete juice loaded with sugar in order to have enough energy to get through my training courses. Nothing works, instead of losing, I was actually gaining and sometimes I just stay the same with no progress.
What to do
Then I started educating myself regarding the proper way to lose weight. It looks like although I wanted to lose weight but I was doing it the wrong way. The food that you eat matters as well as the exercises that you do when it comes to losing weight. I would go running like 5 times a week, weight lifting 3 to 4 times a week, playing basketball like 4 to 5 times a week and none would help me lose the weight. You see, it doesn't matter if I go to the gym every day and do all types of exercises still there wouldn't be no progress since I never change the way I was eating.
After each exercise session, I would say to myself since I work out so hard then I can eat as much and anything I want. Well, that is just simply wrong, that is the main reason why I was failing and is also the main reason so many people are failing because we rob ourselves with something called rewards. In that case, I was just rewarding myself with all kinds of wrong foods designed to stop me from losing weight and be healthy. There is one thing that you should always do if you want to really lose weight and it's about the kind, the quality as well as the quantity of food you put in your body and if done the right way, it will determine the success in losing weight, staying healthy and strengthening the body.
Since I started eating healthy, I didn't have to work out that hard anymore and sometimes all I do is just a 30 minutes' walk at the park and that would be enough.
Investment
I bought a blender. The one I bought was a Nutri-bullet, which is the best blender out there when it comes to making smoothies.
I exercise for a minimum 3 to 4 days a week about 30 minutes to 1 hour each time.
I eat healthy foods
I drink lots of water
I reduce the quantity of food I put in my body during any meal. Eating too much does not equate good eating but a balanced meal is all the body needs. It does not matter if I feel full or not, as long as the meal is balanced, I did not feel the need to eat once I started eating the right stuff.
I was very serious about losing weight and being healthy. I did not force myself to do anything; I just wanted to do it. Actually, I wanted to help myself.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Supper
Every morning, before I do anything I always drink a glass of water and sometimes I squeeze a slice of lemon and add a little ginger powder in there.
My breakfast is most of the time a smoothie. I just add some leafy greens, 2 kinds of fruits, some types of grains or nuts (usually I just add raw peanuts). I add everything in the Nutri-bullet blender with regular or coconut water and just drink a full glass. Sometimes, if I don't make a smoothie I eat foods like oatmeal along with blueberries and bananas, cereals or eggs with vegetables etc. I always eat in a way that will help me get through lunch without feeling hungry.
Lunch is always my biggest meal. I eat foods like grilled breast chicken, turkey or fish. I stay away from meats such as beef, pork, processed meats such as sausages, hot dogs, salami, bacon etc., drinks heavy in sugar like athlete drinks, sodas etc. and carbs low in fiber such as white bread, regular rice, pasta etc. I eat foods like brown rice (a fist size) or green plantain. I always eat my lunch with a salad along with some vegetables. If I don't have time to cook lunch, I just make another glass of smoothie. No one can ever be wrong with the smoothie.
For dinner, I just snack on vegetables or I just make another smoothie. And for supper, I just eat some fruits and drink water afterward. After a certain time like 8 pm or 9 pm, I stop eating. During the day after any meal, if I don't feel full enough, I snack on fruits, grains or nuts.
Exercises
I walk or run for 30 minutes to 1 hour every other day. Sometimes, I lift weight or just play some sports if the weather permits. There are places like membership gyms I go to just to keep myself active during winter months.
And to finish, I started seeing the positive result the very first day I started. In about 6 weeks and voilà, I felt lighter and I was healthy again. I lost about 40 lbs. This method works for me, my friends and family members and it will work for you too. Just have faith and actually try it. Believe in yourself and don't let anything or anyone discourages you. Wait until you see the results, you will lose weight and be healthy and it won't cost so that much.

How To Get Big Arms Fast With Only Four Exercises
Introduction:
Having big arms or in other words having big triceps and biceps are cool. Let's face it they have always been cool. Every guy out there would like to have bigger arms because having bigger arms is like a social status and it's supposed to prove something to other people. It seems like whatever kind of problem you're having in your life big arms will always make it better. I am just kidding, but I know you want bigger arms, otherwise you wouldn't be on this article. So without further adieu let's started.
Straight Bar Curls:
There's something about straight bar curls that make your biceps fill with blood and just grow and grow in size and muscle mass. If you have ever done straight bar curls you will know what I mean.
However, to increase the intensity of this particular exercise I recommend you get yourself a spotter so they could help you with forced reps. Also you could do negative reps and partial reps as well. One last thing remember to take each set to complete muscular failure both positively and negatively.
Bicep Machine Curls:
With bicep machine curls you could completely kill your biceps. In a good way that is. Have your training partner help you with forced negatives when you fail completely positively. This will hurt a lot but in the end it's worth every second of it, since your biceps will grow in terms of muscle mass gained. Also, you will probably be very sore the next day too, just giving you a heads up.
Triceps Push-downs:
You could do triceps push downs with a variety of grips and with a variety of equipment such as the rope or with the straight bar. The choice is really up to you. Remember to keep your elbows in when doing this exercise. Keep the form picture perfect and always go to complete muscular failure.
Skull-crushers:
I prefer to do my skull crushers with the EZ bar since I noticed it puts less strain on my elbows. You can do whatever you find most comfortable. You will also need a spotter on this exercise, just go to failure, there is no need to do forced reps and all of that, since it is a very dangerous exercise to do.
Conclusion:
Do you see a pattern here? All you need to do is four exercise for your arms and your workout should be done in thirty minutes. There is no need to do fifty million different exercises that target all the heads of the biceps and triceps. All you will need is four exercises that will push you to your breaking point. After that you will simply go home, eat your six meals and recover your resources for the next very intense workout.

The Best Triceps Exercises to Build Muscle Fast
Although you might flex your biceps when someone asks you to "Show me your guns", the triceps is a MUCH bigger muscle. If you want to have some impressive arms, make sure to hit your triceps. Here's how-
Let's look at the BEST triceps exercises for gaining upper arm mass and definition. Then, we will take a look at a sample workout that you can use to start EXPLODING your triceps gains.
After you have absorbed this knowledge, you will have NO EXCUSES - it will be up to you to develop the arms that you have always wanted. Let's get started...
What Are The Best Triceps Exercises?
Despite what you might have seen in the gym, isolation exercises such as triceps kickbacks are NOT the best way to pack on your first muscle mass gains. What you want to do is load up the muscle with AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE.
The more weight you can move for a given exercise targeting the triceps, the more the triceps will be stimulated to grow.
Here's an interesting fact:
Only one part of the triceps, the medial head, is activated by sub-maximal efforts. It takes SERIOUS weight for the other parts (long and lateral heads) to become activated.
So - to build muscle fast, since we need to push heavy weights - PRESSES AND DIPS ARE THE BEST OPTIONS. You can do weighted dips on parallel bar dip stations, rings, or even a homemade suspension trainer (check Google for some excellent tutorials).
Key Points-
Dips- Keep your shoulders healthy by not letting your upper arm dip below parallel. This will reduce unnecessary strain on your shoulders.
Presses- Close grip bench press is an EXCELLENT option. Protect your shoulders by keeping your elbows tight. Grip the bar as hard as possible and try to pull it apart as you lift.
Home Gym Option - If you don't have access to a bench press, another pressing option is the weighted close grip pushup. Just throw some pea gravel or sand into a bag, put it into a backpack, and get big!
Best Triceps Exercises - Sample Triceps Workout
Here is a quick workout that will first activate your body's anabolic hormones and get you primed to build muscle. The heavy dips will then tax your triceps, leading to serious gains.
Deadlift - 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Dumbbell (or barbell) Military Press - 4 sets of 4-8 reps
Weighted Dip - 4 sets of 4-8 reps supersetted with the following:
Dumbbell bent over row (or weighted body row) - 4 sets of 4-8 reps
What, you say? No isolation exercises?
The overhead presses and dips are both hitting your triceps, HARD.
Put on a year or two of mass with routines like this. If you STILL feel like you need to put on some triceps mass after that, try finishing off each workout with a couple sets of HEAVY triceps dumbbell kickbacks.
Rest
Make sure to allow your body to recover between workouts - don't workout more than 3-4 times per week, back off the intensity now and then, and take a week off COMPLETELY every couple months or so.
Summary
So, now we know that the best triceps exercises are heavy, compound moves that FORCE complete muscle activation. And you have a general idea on how to structure an excellent triceps workout.
So, train hard, rest properly, eat well, and you will be well on your way to building some impressive triceps!

3 Best Exercises to Build Huge Chest Muscle Fast
Are you desperately looking for exercises how to build chest muscles fast? Many programs will teach you what exercises you should perform to build chest muscles fast but doesn't emphasize the importance of variety! I will show you my 3 best exercises to build chest and advanced shocking principles that will make your chest muscle to grow in the next 4 weeks!
But before we go any further, I will give you some very potential chest building tips that you must take seriously if you want to build chest muscles fast!
In order to build chest muscles fast, it requires training with a variety of exercises. You will need to hit each part of your chest muscle including, upper, lower, inner and outer head to fully develop your chest! This kind of variety will shock your chest muscle and prevent adaptation, which means your muscle will refuse to grow.
Make your chest workout plentiful! Never train your chest in the same way more than two weeks. Your muscles will adapt in the same workout and it becomes harder to make them grow! One good way to shock your chest muscle is to pre-exhaust your chest by doing some lighter isolation exercises like dumbbell flys before at the beginning of your workout.
Keep your workouts progressive! This might be the hardest part to implement, but it's the key to build a bigger chest. I see very often, how guys are desperately trying to build their chest by doing countless sets of bench presses using the same weight week after week. And the results will remain the same.
Train chest using free weights. In the early of 70's, bodybuilders tend to built their massive chest using nothing but free weights, and the fact holds true in these days. Although many gym are loaded full of modern machines. You can of course train chest with machines, but keep it as a secondary option. My 3 exercises to build chest consist of free and heavy compound movements that stimulates the largest amount of chest muscles, Period!
Another mistake I see often, is the poor lifting technique. Lifting weights incorrectly, you are not effectively targeting your pecs and therefore not recruit enough muscle fibers that is essential if you want to build chest muscle fast. Train your chest through the full range of motion and therefore you will able to stimulate your chest muscle to it's fullest and maximize the muscle growth!
Now, here's my 3 best exercises along with the techniques, how to build a huge chest fast!
1. Barbell Flat Bench Press - This is the king of all chest exercises and should be included in your chest workout routine if you truly want to build a bigger chest fast! And if you follow the tips above, you are going to expect amazing results!
However, I found that alternating the width of the grip, you will hit the different areas of the pecs and help you to build chest muscles fast. Using narrower than a shoulder width, will target more your triceps and inner chest, where a wider grip will target more your outer chest. One more technique that I use is an overwide grip. It allows me to stretch my pecs to it's maximum.
Learn to lift heavy weights. I have always performed bench presses using a powerlifting style and thereby was able to add 200 pounds to my bench press within 3 years of training. I mainly perform low reps 5-8 and use a variety of intensive techniques like supersets and drop sets.
Lower the bar toward your chest slowly under control until it touches just below the pec muscles. At the bottom of the position, make sure to point your elbows slightly outward and keep your forearms end up perpendicular to the floor. Press the weight back up explosively but under full control.
2. Incline Barbell Bench Press - If you want to build upper chest fast, incline barbell press is the answer! And especially barbell press, which allows to use heavy weights! This exercise build the strength and mass in the middle and upper pecs.
Changing the angle of the bench, you are putting more stress to your front delts, which is not the purpose of the incline press. However, front will be involved in pressing movements, but the higher the angle, the more your delts will take the role of lifting!
To Build strength and mass to your pecs, you can start by using a lower angle and as you progress, you can increase the angle. This will produce the the kind of total development that build chest muscles fast and equally!
3. Parallel Bar Dips - To build overall mass to your pecs, especially in the lower area. It also develops triceps. Include parallel bar dips in your chest workout routine! In my opinion this exercise stress lower pecs harder than decline bench press, because you are using your own bodyweight toward the gravity and therefore your entire upper body will remain contracted!
Lower yourself slowly as far as you can until you feel your pecs completely stretched. Lowering yourself too fast will put the stress to your shoulder joints. Press yourself back up to the starting position, and immediately start another rep. You can use additional weight to add more resistance. The farther you lean yourself, the greater stretch you will feel in your chest!
If you have problems with your shoulders, this exercise is not for you. You can get similar effects doing decline bench press, where you set the angle of the bench sloping downwards.

Six-Pack Abs Exercises
Sit-ups and crunches are mainstream methods of attaining six-pack abs. On the otherhand, the chest-to-knees exercise is a harmful exercise for your back. On the contrary, working with some complex moves (excluding crunches and sit-ups), coupled with nutritious diet can help in achieving the six-pack abs desired by most.
Listed below are six exercises for achieving those ripped six-pack abs:
1. Pull-up
Clasp the pull-up bar a bit wider than length of shoulders. Now bend your legs behind, take the shoulder blades in a downward and backward position, cross the feet, tighten your abs and squeeze the buttocks. Now follow these steps:
- Pull the entire body upwards till the collarbone is at level with the bar
- Repeat the exercise
- Perform 3 reps for optimum results
- Take one minute of rest between each rep
2. Medicine ball slam
Hold a medicine ball and keep it above your head.
- Maintain an upright posture
- Throw the ball downwards with full force
- Repeat the exercise in 3 reps
- Take one minute of rest in between.
3. Ab-wheel roll-out
The individual should position himself in a kneeling position. Hold an ab-wheel's handle keeping the shoulders and hands in sync. Now move the hips forward while rolling this ab-wheel outwards. Just an arm movement is required; keep the back flat at all times. If the body gets misbalanced, it's time to stop the exercise.
- Repeat the exercise in 3 reps
- Take one minute of rest in between.
4. Pall-off press
Hold a D-handle and connect it to the cable cross machine. Fix the pulley to chest height. Stand at a two feet distance and pull the handle to your chest. Push the handle in a straight line so as to maintain the position of the exercise. Return the handle back to its original position.
- 10 reps for each side
- Take one minute rest in between
5. Barbell landmine
The barbell is stuck between two walls in the corner. Hold the barbell by its one end and bring it close to your chest. Using both hands, press barbell out from the chest with laced fingers. Keep the arms in line, move the shoulders to one side and onto to the other. Now, return to original position.
- Repeat this exercise in 3 reps
- Take one minute break
6. Pendulum
With back on the floor, raise the legs to a 90 degree angle, analogous to a right angled triangle. Keeping the legs straight up, bring them down on the floor to left and then right. This technique hurts quite a bit in the gut.
- Repeat the process multiple times
- Take one minute break
